    3. Ms. Sims goes into a deep dive covering all typical defenses in traumatic brain injury cases and explains weaknesses in the tests and how the defense experts alters the test administration to ensure your client’s scores help the defense.
    4. She provides motions and orders including Motions in Limine on malingering and Motions to Compel Release of Raw Data and Motions to Compel Video Taping;
    5. Ms. Sims covers the current literature on traumatic brain injury and outcome studies for mild TBI.
    6. Ms Sims covers current scanning procedures and covers Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI)and provides over 70 orders finding it to be scientific along with responsive motions and depositions of key defense DTI experts;
